I started zayir.ai because I kept seeing the same gap: a team knows exactly how the work happens, and the software they were given does not.
Zayir is the reverse of the founder’s name, Riyaz. zayir.ai is that personal reverse, written as a studio.
My background is building, not pitching. I have shipped operations and attendance systems, contracting accounts tools, and education products that use AI where it is actually useful — and stay quiet where it is not.
I live and work in Dubai. If we work together, you will speak with me. There is no account team in front of the build.
How I work

Listen. You describe what is slow, unclear, or messy. I ask about the work, not the software category.

Map. We write down the real steps, the exceptions, and who needs to see what. That map is the brief.

First slice. One useful piece — small enough to try, complete enough to judge. We agree what “useful” means.

Build with the team. The people who will click the buttons see it early. We change what does not fit before handover.

Hand over cleanly. Working software, a short walkthrough, and notes your team can keep. No mystery stack.
