Short version: this site keeps no data about you. If you write to us, we use your message only to reply.
zayir.ai is the personal studio of Riyaz Hamza, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what information this website handles and how. Questions can be sent to hello@zayir.ai.
This is a static website. It has no accounts, no sign-up and no database. The site itself does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers.
The form on this site stores nothing. When you press “Open email draft”, it opens your own email app with a prefilled message addressed to hello@zayir.ai. Nothing is sent until you press send in your email app. The WhatsApp link simply opens WhatsApp, and that conversation is handled under WhatsApp’s own terms.
We only receive what you choose to send us by email or WhatsApp: usually your name, email address or phone number, and your message.
We use your message only to reply to you and to discuss the work you asked about. We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for marketing.
The site is hosted on Vercel. Like most hosts, Vercel may log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and request time, for security and performance. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers to download them. Email is handled by our email provider, Zoho Mail. These services process data under their own privacy policies.
We keep emails and messages only as long as they are needed to reply, to carry out any work we agree on, or to meet legal and accounting obligations. After that they are deleted.
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@zayir.ai and we will respond within a reasonable time. We aim to handle personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021). In plain words: we collect only what is needed, use it only for the reason you gave it, keep it safe, and respect your right to access or remove it.
If the way the site works changes, we will update this page and the date below.
